We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $350.
Shipping Logistics
- Thirty-One Jane ships from Charlotte, NC. We use USPS & UPS as our shipping carriers. Tracking will be provided on all orders. All orders will be shipped by the following business day unless otherwise noted. Ground shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need it by a specific date, choose an expedited shipping method at Checkout.
- Please note our return policy in regard to sale items - we do not offer free return shipping on sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
- We do not ship outside the U.S.
Undeliverable /Refused Shipments
- Stolen packages are not our responsibility. Your package may be left at your door unless you request signature for delivery. Please do so when you are checking out under the "additional information" box. The carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package. If those three attempts are not successful, the package will then be considered abandoned. If the items are returned to us we will provide you a store credit for the merchandise bought less the amount of original shipping. If the package is not returned to us you will be responsible for the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Thirty-One Jane you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
Shop Online, Pick Up in Store
- All purchases can be picked up during our regular business hours. You will receive an email to alert you when your order is ready.
Local Delivery
- Delivery address must be within 10 miles of the store
- Order minimum of $100
- Orders will be dropped off within 48 hours of checkout
- Select “ship” at checkout and under shipping method select “local delivery”
- Leave any special delivery instructions in the notes section
- Returns must be completed in store within the return window
