Refund policy

 

In-Store Purchases

• Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items returned in store between 7-14 days of purchase will receive store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange only. No returns accepted after 14 days.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damage with original tags still attached. We have the right to refuse an item if damaged.  

 

Online Purchases

• Online returns postmarked back to us within 7 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 7-14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange only. No returns accepted after 14 days.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damage with original tags still attached.  We have the right to refuse an item if damaged.  
• Please send us an email and we will be happy to provide a return label. (If you are returning an item purchased with a discount code return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund / store credit). If you decide to use your own label please send to:

 

Local Delivery Purchases

• Local delivery purchases must be returned in store within the return window in order to receive a full refund or exchange/store credit.

Final Sale

• Sale items are final sale. 
• All accessories (including handbags, jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, swimwear, small leather goods), home goods (including books, candles, vases) and custom orders ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days from receipt of returned items for funds to appear back in your account. All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for Returns/Exchanges.
